Orange Cranberry Cake
Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cranberries, fresh
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped dates
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
cup orange juice

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Combine eggs, butter, milk and vegetable oil. Add to dry mixture and blend. Fold in cranberries, pecans, dates and orange rind. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch bundt pan.
